Site Design
The design involves remodeling vacant lots and foreclosure houses for a better community which can increase the property value, increase the bond between the community and provides opportunity for the economic stability for the inhabitants.
Phase Diagram
Phase 1 - Reshaping vacant lots to gardens, parks and community centers (Increasing bond) with few developments of adaptive reuse for income generation to maintain the green spaces
Phase 2 - Adaptive reuse, roads and alleys (Services, providing work life) Phase 3 – Reshaping vacant lots for new constructions, mixed development and residential. The increase in density attracts more businesses, good transit services and better surroundings. |
